Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — such as your preferred language, login session, or interface settings — to make your next visit easier and the service more useful.
Era Materna uses three categories of cookies:
Necessary for the Platform to function. They enable authentication (keeping you logged in), session management, and security features. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Examples: Session token, CSRF protection token, authentication state.
Help us understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve it. All data collected is anonymized — no personal identifiers are stored in analytics events.
Examples: Page views, feature usage frequency, error rates. Data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.
Remember your interface preferences to personalize your experience across sessions.
Examples: Theme (light / dark), language selection.
Under Lei 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and ANPD guidelines, non-essential cookies require your prior, free, and informed consent. When you first visit Era Materna, a consent banner presents your options clearly.
You have the right to:
We record the timestamp and version of the policy at the time of your consent decision. We never use cookies to collect data about children or to serve behavioral advertising.
Era Materna does not embed third-party advertising networks. We use a limited set of trusted service providers (such as analytics platforms) that may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. We select providers with data processing agreements (DPA) aligned with LGPD requirements.
In addition to the consent banner, you can manage cookies through your browser settings:
Disabling essential cookies via browser settings will prevent you from logging in and using authenticated features of the Platform.
For questions about our use of cookies or to exercise your LGPD rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacidade@eramaterna.com.br.
